We find ourselves getting older and our body and skin began to change during the aging process. Change occurs over time, it is not a rapid change. However, change can become very difficult for many of us.
By understanding the aging process you will know what to expect and how to slow down the signs of aging. Some changes are obvious while others tend to sneak up on us. When you know how and why your body change with age you can take steps to prevent the development of many ailments of the body.
You may have heard me say many times throughout this website that you can delay the
aging process by living a healthy lifestyle.
This lifestyle will include eating properly and including a
healthier diet plan.
All of this is true.
Each of us will indeed grow old and we shall surely die. "This is the law of God." But aging can be a continous, easy, and great process if we take it slow.
Keep in mind that our appearance alone does not determine how old we really are. Our biological change can be determine by genetics and cellular functioning of the body.
Your biological age is the key component of the aging process. It lets you know how well you take care of yourself. By implementing the changes that are suggested in this website helps keep you young and well.
Change Your Perception About Aging
By changing your perception on getting old this will help you to grow through life gracefully. Don't become old before your time. Change your habits and way of thinking. Be more positive in life and have a different outlook than that of the world. Believe that you can age healthy.

Stress and worry--don't allow it to overtake you. YOUR JOB- do not let it age you and have control over your job do not let it control you. Know that you can get past any obstacles that may come your way on the job or EVEN IN LIFE!
Age related illness- look we are all going to get sick at one time or another but do not let it control you. When you implement an anti aging routine then alot of your illnesses can be prevented.
Implement an exercise plan in your daily routine, this can help prevent many age-related illnesses and reverse your biological age. A longer life does not mean much if there is not an active life.
Move your butt! Inactivity can do more harm than good. Get your body moving for longer periods of time. Make small changes to your lifestyle.

are important. We talk about this all the time. Take your vitamins because you can get the daily nutrient that you need through them. They promote health and keep us thriving, rustproof your body.

The are some important factors that you must know about aging.
One, We are going to start with taking care of yourself. Your arteries are as young as you are. When you do not proper nourish your body and you develop cardiovascular disease--you allows your body to age more quickly. Cardiovascular disease is the leading killer for us Americans. We simply do not eat properly. The choices of foods that we have are simply no good for us. Therefore, we have to make better plans in the way we eat.
Two, Your surroundings--socially and enviornmentally! You have to become aware of your surrounding. This will age you faster than anything. Watch what you unknowingly put into your body. For example, if you are not a smoker, then why be around smokers? Secondhand smoke can increase your chances of a shorter life span. Get rid of people that
stresses
you out all of the time. It wears your body down. You must interact with your enviornment in a way that will keep you young. Slow down and allow life to be good to you.
Lastly, Be good to yourself. Do the things that you are suppose to do. Take your medications and take them correctly. Become a lifelong learner - stimulate your mind. Make yourself strong by getting enough
exercise.
Build up your immune system. By doing so it can protect you from diseases. Patrol your own health!
Build your own personal age reduction plan. Keep your beauty on the inside and outside. Feel like a kid again. Forget about the aging process and just live life to your fullest potential. Now it is your time to shine.
Aging is all about the quality of life not about how many candles you have on a birthday cake!

I do not know how you feel about getting old but I do know how I feel! I have a very positive outlook on getting old. Just because your age change does not mean that you have to change with it.
